Insite Engineering submitted the site plan on parcel:21701334 of 90.13-acres for 214-units of single-family new homes. The R-3 zoning resulted in a neighborhood plan that will have 8,000-sqft min lot sizes and a min lot width 60-ft.

Circle South Park Apartments Get Started

A new 321-unit apartment project will be the third Circle-brand community developed by Crescent Resources in the Charlotte region. The $52-million Circle South Park, will feature classical traditional architecture and blend with other buildings in the Piedmont Town Center area.
