Austin's Creek Subdivision Gets Approval

Insite Engineering submitted the site plan on parcel:21701334 of 90.13-acres for 214-units of single-family new homes. The R-3 zoning resulted in a neighborhood plan that will have 8,000-sqft min lot sizes and a min lot width 60-ft.

From: March 18, 2008 Minutes Of Mecklenburg County Board Of Commissioners Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, approve the purchase price of $45,000 per acre for +/- 5.338 acres, house included, for Tax Parcels 217-101-11 and 217-101-12 from Krull Family, a 50 percent interest to be acquired jointly with Austin’s Creek, LLC; and Secondly, to decline the County’s statutory right of first refusal on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools property to be conveyed to Austin’s Creek, Llc.
